Refund policy

 By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pre-Order Policy 

  • All Pre-Orders are Final and Binding. 
  • Pre-Order items will ship upon our receipt from the manufacturer. (The estimated release date is posted in the item description)
  • Manufacturer release dates are subject to change and are beyond our control. We will update any changes as quickly as possible.
  • In cases when weather or production issues impact delivery of product, your item(s) will ship immediately upon receipt.
  • In some cases, we might allow for a Cancellation of your Pre-Order. If we agree, (a request is not an automatic acceptance), to your written cancellation request, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your order. No exceptions. 
By placing a Pre-order, you agree to the Northwest Sportscards Pre-Order Policy.


Return Policy

We do not accept returns on purchases with the following exceptions:
1) If you are unsatisfied with the condition of any non-certified item you have received, you must contact us within 2 business days of the receipt. A certified item would be an item which has been authenticated or graded by a third party, such as PSA, Beckett Grading, JSA, etc. Advance approval is required for possible returns. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as received and then the item will be exchanged or refunded. We will also refund reasonable shipping charges associated with the return of the item or issue a call tag at our discretion.
2) All orders are checked for accuracy before being shipped, but it is still possible for mistakes to happen. If you have received an item that you did not order, simply contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Once you are given approval for the return, return the merchandise in the same condition we sent it, and we will exchange the item(s). In the event that we cannot exchange the items, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of said item. We will also refund reasonable shipping charges associated with the return of the item or issue a call tag at our discretion. 
Sealed Products
Due to the volatility of the trading card market, all sales are final unless we made an error with the order. Under certain circumstances, returns of factory sealed product may be granted but will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. However, once a sealed item (for example: a sealed booster pack, box, or set) has been opened, that item cannot be returned. There are no exceptions to this policy.
When we receive the returned item, the item will be inspected. If there are any signs of tampering the return will be refused.
