This helmet was hand signed and inscribed "Death Zone Hitman" by Seattle Seahawks linebacker Ernest Jones IV at a Northwest Sportscards signing event on 11/12/25.

The autograph was authenticated by James Spence Authentication shortly thereafter. A tamper proof alpha numeric sticker is on the helmet and is accompanied by a matched alpha numeric 3x5 trifold COA card.
