Produced by Fleer/SkyBox. This set uses images from Fleer Ultra's Spider-Man Premiere from 1995. The backs are also the same design as the Ultra set, some of which containing an image of the comic book cover. There are only two subsets within the base set. They are: Milestones, and Team-Ups. There were no insert cards produced for this product.
